At Aslamp, our aim is to make delivery straightforward and dependable for all customers across the United Kingdom. We currently offer shipping only within the UK, and international delivery is not available at the moment.

All UK orders are sent free of charge, regardless of order value.

Delivery Schedule

Order cut-off

Orders placed by 5:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after this time are handled on the next working day.

Processing time

Please allow 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday) for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Transit time

Once on its way, parcels typically arrive within 4–10 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on the courier and your delivery address.

Estimated overall delivery timeframe

Most orders are delivered within 5–14 business days in total.

Delivery times are approximate and can vary during busy periods, adverse weather or courier-related delays.

Every order sent within the United Kingdom qualifies for free standard shipping.
No minimum spend is required.

Delivery Problems

If your parcel is delayed, appears lost, or arrives with an issue, please get in touch with our support team promptly. We’ll investigate the matter with the relevant courier and ensure you receive a resolution as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch email containing your tracking number.
You can then follow your parcel’s journey through our Track My Order page.
