30-Day Return Policy (UK)

At Aslamp, we want every customer to feel confident about their purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order without hassle.

Returns at a Glance

Return period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Item condition: Products must be unused, in their original state, and sent back with all packaging, labels and accessories.

Where this applies: This policy covers orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

We aim to keep the process straightforward, and our support team is here to help at every step.

Return Costs

If the item is faulty or incorrect

Should your order arrive damaged, defective, or not match what you ordered, we will cover the full cost of the return. There is no charge to you in these situations.

If you change your mind

If you ordered the wrong item, the size isn’t suitable, or you simply no longer want the product, the return postage will be at your expense.
Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking fees

We do not apply any restocking fees.

How to Start a Return

  1. Get in touch: Email us at contact@aslamp.com with your order number and a short explanation of the issue.

  2. Prepare the parcel: Ensure the product is packed securely, preferably in its original packaging with all included items.

  3. Send the package: Follow the instructions you’ll receive in the return authorisation email and drop the parcel off with the specified carrier. 

Refund Timeline

Once your return arrives with us, we will check the item to confirm it meets the return conditions.
After inspection, your refund will be issued within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require a further up to 7 business days for the funds to appear on your account.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange for another size, colour, or a different item altogether, simply contact us and we’ll assist you with arranging it quickly.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These items will always be clearly identified on the product page.
