Don’t be afraid, you’re human

As human beings, we naturally feel feelings such as selfishness, because by instint, that’s all we cared about. But now, we have intelligence (well most of us), and we have to use it to benefit the world, not only ourselves. So when someone considers you selfish, don’t take it as that, take it as they just insulted your intelligence. Sometimes we can’t help our feelings, they control the better of us. In certain cases, it’s ok to just blame nature, and say “I’m just human.” But not all the time, that’s when we become lazy and don’t want to think about other people. So realize that you are human and your mind was made to act that way. Maybe once you realize that, you can start to control your mind and how selfish you really are.

Even if your mind was made that way, i don\’t hink many people would want to control it no matter how much they try. We live in a world where the only thing that exists is yourself, so why should you worry about someone else if, in reality, all they are to you is a figment of your imagination….

I could agree with you…(lol) but if we both thought that way, wouldn’t it make both of us real, and not figments of each other’s imagination? If we both didn’t care about each other, that wouldn’t make it any better. And if we both are real to each other, then what is stopping everyone else to being real? Until we know for certain, and not just in theory, that only one person, yourself, exists, we should try not to be too selfish while interacting with this world. Ugh, now that I think about it, I forgot what my point was in that post… :P.

Alot of things can be controlled when you realize how ridicule that they are, I’m writing a post about it right now :D. It has a point… :)

It seems pretty pathetic and weak-minded to me if you can’t control your emotions.

There is no one to blame except for yourself for your own actions. In no case is it acceptable to blame nature - especially considering that nature and God are one. You’re blaming God.

If you say, “I’m just human”. You’re blaming God for what you are. You’re saying that he didn’t make you well enough. The truth is God made you exactly how you were supposed to be. You’re just being a lazy brat by saying that (ha, ha, unintentional rhyme).
