Day of the Damned

In order to fully appreciate and respect the day, one must first learn the history of it. Some may argue the exact date of it [as later discussed], but the reason behind it remains the same.

Please keep in mind that this can be considered “mythology” or “theology” depending upon your belief system(s)

Lilith, the first and mostly forgotten wife of Adam, Son of God. The reason for her leaving Adam was brought up by Adam wanting the “dominate” position during their reproduction. Lilith was outraged, uttered the Holy name of God, left the Garden of Eden, and Made her way to the Red Sea [which apparently was relatively close to the Garden of Eden]. Lilith, and her decedents [in some sort], are the only humans to be without the first “original” sin. This may give evidence to why humans, now, tend to break away from the traditionality of the “Children of God.”

Adam eventually came to miss Lilith, so he sent three angels, Senoi, Sansenoi, and Sammangelof, to look for her and try to bring her back to the Garden. They threatened to kill a hundred of her offspring daily. She declined and threatened to kill each of Adam’s unless they bore the name of one of the three angels. Each of these explained the high death rate of infants because of IDS in the new-born.

Lilith was eventually replaced by Eve, whom was made from Adam himself so she could not leave him, and would be obedient. Adam and Eve first had two sons, Cain and Able. Cain envied God’s acceptance of Able’s sacrifice, but not his, and eventually killed him because of that envy. Cain was cast from humanity with a mark that warns whomever kills Cain shall be under the vengeance of God. After Cain’s curse, he also was banished, and eventually found Lilith at the Red Sea. There, Lilith taught him the power in blood, and formed an alliance against Eve’s offspring.

Fast-forwarding a few thousand years and getting to the point…

When Judas Iscariot had betrayed Jesus, he hung himself because of the emotional tyranny that he felt. Because of what he had done, he had been cursed. The curse of eternal life on Earth. He was unable to die any natural way, as he tried. He wandered, eventually finding Lilith and Cain at the Red Sea. They, also, showed him the power of blood.

On the day that he betrayed Jesus, also known as Good Friday, is the day that is relished as the Day of the Damned, the Damned being all vampires. The day that Dracula, or Judas, started to reign the night with blood. Some argue that it is Easter when Judas turned into Dracula to validate the “Three Day Vampire Virus,” that is modernized by many. Judas is the reason that Vampires are destroyed by Silver, the 30 Silver coins that Judas accepted by betraying Jesus, and the reason that Vampires are damaged by sunlight, because he attempted to hang himself at sunset, with the sun in his face.

All of the “history” of Vampires is very interesting. I don’t necessarily believe in any of this “folklore,” but it is quite fun to think about and research. I hope this doesn’t cause you to become demonized or possessed, it is simply fun, games, and Vampires.
